"Hey, Man, This Is Like Woodstock"
A young chap's response when I challenged
him
after his peeing in view
in the lot as opposed to going into
THE GREAT WOODS REFUGE
where other guys 'n gals go.
I snorted "No, man this is not
like Woodstock... you're clueless about that happening!"
Still, I (we all) understand
the guys dilemma. He had a bladderful of beer, he was well over a 200 yards from the "THE GREAT WOODS REFUGE," he had
briefly (and nervously) attempted to stand in a port-a-john line which was over 18 minutes long (ya, that, too, was
a part of the analysis) AND HE HAD TO MAKE AN EXECUTIVE "GO / NO GO" DECISION... WELL, HE WENT!!! as did many
other guys and gals -- who just couldn't hold on.
As opposed to clowns from
the limo, who should have been arrested for flagrant, indecent public exposure and sexual harrassment, this guy,
and others, reflects the other end of public urinating problem at the Tweeter Center. The facilities are totally
inadequate, sub-standard, AND THEY ARE NOT ATTENDED TO DURING AN EVENING... regardless of the crowd size -- even the Buffett
concerts! Literally, I have witnessed people
(especially gals who aren't as near to the top vent and must face a ridiculous urinal one foot in front of them) come gasping
and gagging out of these "outhouses."
Port-a-johns in 90+ degree summer weather have bacteria
counts
that are off the charts!
How can the State or Town of Mansfield Public
Health allow this to happen?
And, why do people tolerate this health abuse and standard
of living affront?
